| This SA-ELISA II kit utilizes both a synthetic envelope peptide and a recombinant core antigen for qualitative determination of antibodies to Equine Infectious Anemia in horse serum. |

| The antigens are coated onto ELISA plates and used in the conjugate. The serum sample is added and after 15 minutes, the plate is washed and the HRP conjugated antigens are added. After 15 minutes, the plate is washed and the substrate (TMB) is added. If antibodies are present, color will develop in that ELISA plate well. Samples with no antibodies generate no color. |
